4louis provides useful tools, equipment and training free of charge to hospital units, hospices and other professionals who sadly have the job of comforting grieving families who suffer a miscarriage, Stillbirth Neonatal or child death. One of the many items we include in our memory boxes is a pair of knitted or crocheted hearts, one stays with baby, and one with family. When it is time to say goodbye they can swap these over so they can each have one that smells of the other. We send out on average between 1200 to 1500 memory boxes per month, which means we use lots of hearts, and need the help and support of avid crafters like yourselves to continue using these beautiful items in our memory boxes.
